Everything You Need to Know
What A/V and production is included?
30ft LED billboard, intelligent lighting system, professional sound, DJ stage, fog machines, CO2 jets, cold spark sessions — all operated by our professional team. Plug and play for presentations.
Can we bring our own vendors and caterers?
Yes. HDC is an open-vendor venue — you're free to bring your own DJ, caterer, florist, photographer, and any other vendors. We charge zero vendor fees. We also have a preferred vendor network if you'd like recommendations.
What room configurations are available?
The 9,000 sq ft indoor hall can be configured for theater-style seating, classroom layout, exhibition floor, banquet rounds, or cocktail reception. Our team handles all setup.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans. Typically a 25–30% deposit secures the date, with milestone payments leading up to the event. Details are discussed during your consultation.
Can we do a site visit before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage private venue tours Monday through Saturday. Tours last 45–60 minutes — you'll experience the full campus, all production capabilities, and meet our event team in person.
What are the parking arrangements?
Hollywood Design Complex features private on-site parking for 250 vehicles — completely free for your guests. Optional valet service is available as an add-on.
